Brian Trainor

Brian F. Trainor has called South Louisiana home nearly his entire life. Born in New Orleans and raised in Slidell, he possesses a strong sense of the communities’ values coupled with unique life experiences. After graduating from Pope John Paul II High School in 1992, Brian enlisted in the Louisiana Army National Guard where he proudly served until his Honorable Discharge in 1999. While a member of the National Guard, Brian completed his undergraduate education at Southeastern Louisiana University and obtained his law degree from Southern University Law Center graduating Cum Laude. Following Law School, Brian quickly established his reputation as an Assistant District Attorney for the 22nd Judicial District Attorney’s Office located in St. Tammany Parish. During his time as a prosecutor, Brian handled thousands of criminal cases and spent countless hours in the courtroom while earning accolades from judges and his peers for his willingness to try difficult cases ethically, aggressively, and with an unyielding passion.

Prior to establishing the Trainor Law Firm, LLC, Brian was a managing member of the law firm of Montalbano & Trainor, LLC where he focused primarily on helping those injured in automobile, motorcycle and trucking accidents. Brian also served as the Legal Advisor to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, the fifth largest Sheriff’s Office in the State of Louisiana. Today, Brian utilizes the same skills and courtroom reputation that earned him the respect of his peers in order to successfully and tirelessly represent plaintiffs – those who have been injured by the fault of others – at the Trainor Law Firm, LLC.

Brian is licensed to practice law in all State Courts in Louisiana. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
